A Complete List of Ontario/Quebec University Equestrian Teams Competing on the OCEA

The OCEA is an intercollegiate competitive circuit in Ontario (while it does include Quebec universities). Riders compete in hunt seat equitation divisions on donated horses they have never ridden before. There are four divisions including an o/f and u/s class: Entry (1’8), Novice (2’3), Intermediate (2’6), and Open (3′).

This circuit was originally structured after the Intercollegiate Horse Show Association (IHSA), in the USA, but soon became something of its own. We are so lucky to have the opportunity to take part in this student-run organization that facilitates juggling both riding and school. Here is a rundown of all universities involved at this day.
